Jim Macaulay Brings Experience Building Success for Family-Owned Business to Duininck Companies
WILLMAR, MN—Duininck Companies is a family-owned, multi-generational portfolio of businesses with a vision for growth that inspired the recent addition of leadership expertise. Jim Macaulay has been named CEO of Construction and Materials, which includes Duininck Concrete, LLC and Duininck Inc. – its golf and heavy civil division in Minnesota and Texas. Macaulay will be accountable to define a strategy to enhance and strengthen capabilities within those businesses.
Most recently, Macaulay was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Marvin Windows, a Minnesota based company known for being an industry leader with an award-winning, family-owned culture. In total, he brings over 30 years of extensive experience in corporate strategy, finance, and supply chain management across multiple industries.
