“Hey, how are you?” said to a crew member on a hot day or during a quick call is a big question. How do you answer? Often, it’s top of mind or what’s most pressing, good or bad. Yet we are multi-faceted individuals with multiple areas that contribute to our personal wellbeing:
- Career
- Family / Social
- Finances
- Health
- Community
- Spiritual
When at work – ‘career’ is the most obvious focus, ensuring that experience is the best it can be. We value your wellbeing in other areas, too. Recently, our Duininck Family has committed to demonstrating a more holistic approach of care toward you and your family.

A portfolio Wellbeing Focus Team is working beside me on behalf of the Duininck Family in this endeavor. We have eagerly started researching what common wellbeing needs exist for all employees across our portfolio, identifying tangible ways we can provide support. Over time, our goal is to provide various optional resources with no or minimal cost to all employees and their families. We want you to experience success and significance in all aspects of your personal wellbeing. As we begin to plan for 2025, expect to hear more about initial offerings in this long-term effort. We are excited to experience the potential impact together and grateful for the opportunity to serve you!
With care,
Jeremy Duininck
